Staying at this hotel was a real gem! The rooms were terrific, large, with beautiful frescoes on the walls and ceiling, truly a feast for the eyes. They were amazing, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore and experience in Florence. The service was top-notch, with a range of amenities offered like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shuttle service. The location couldn't be better, being in the historical center, just a short 6-minute walk from the train station, and with everything close by. The dining experience was awesome, and the gourmet salads were a real treat. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a tiny blemish of a moldy slice of bread at breakfast.
