the staff were very nice and caring. free coffee, tea, and water were available throughout the day and was very good.
the mattress was short, and the room only had a small space to walk to the end of the bed. they told us about a room change after check-in, while we had already left our belongings. when we returned, the new bedroom assigned to us had no window. i mean, the window opened over 2 meters high, like in a cellar. above the entrance door.
